A swift journey towards grasping the basics of the HVAC trade is designed for swift completion, with some taking as little as six months and extending up to two years. This Program will cover a variety of core curriculum, including:

•	studying the basic refrigeration cycle•	understanding electrical theories•	learning safety procedures•	using measurement tools•	mastering troubleshooting along with heating and air conditioning systems
The focus is equipping students with essential, industry-relevant skills in a relatively short time frame through this trade school program, which will cover on the job training as part of each training. This type of instruction will tend to be shorter and more focused, concentrating on practical skills.

My focus is on Workforce Training within the HVAC trade. We want to bridge the gap and provide proper training to students in this industry. Allowing individuals to have a rewarding career and placing individuals within the workforce. As an owner of a Heating and Air Conditioning Company, we know the challenges and workforce needs to create trained technicians with craftsmanship for high quality work on the field.
